- Boundaries: we are located at MM82.7 and all Vessels are limited to 10 miles south and 10 miles north and must stay within 5 miles east.
- Rental prices do not include fuel (fuel option are given here in person)
- *RATES ARE HIGHER ON ALL MAJOR HOLIDAYS AND AREA EVENTS. (MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND, 4TH OF JULY WEEKEND, LOBSTER MINI SEASON, LABOR DAY WEEKEND)
- Security/Damage Deposit:
$500 deposit is required **This deposit will be held pending the outcome of damages caused by the customer. Each watercraft is thoroughly inspected before and after each use; should damages occur during use, the customer forfeits the $500 deposit plus will be fully responsible for all additional repair costs for the vessel.
- Boating experience is required.
- Reservation will be automatically canceled if customer is not present by 12:00p (for full day rentals) that is considered as a NO SHOW and will forfeit your reservation deposit of $200 (only apply for full day rentals).
- Rental rates will not be prorated and rental period can not be extended due to late arrivals
- For Safety, Our Fleet of Boats are SPEED REGULATED to 20 - 30 mph (based on the amount of people and load speed may be less than 20 mph)

- A Written notice is required to (info@FKWSC.com) for all Cancellations
- All cancellations are subject to a $75 Cancellation fee
- Cancellations within 72 hr results in forfeit of the full reservation deposit ($200).
- NO CANCELLATION EXCEPTED / NO REFUND on Reservations made within 72 hours. All Payments are FINAL.
- Weather cancellation is determined by Florida Keys WaterSports Co ONLY. (please ask for more clarification)
- 4% convenience fee for Reservation Deposit is none refundable.

I understand that I cannot dispute this transaction if I am a NO SHOW.
I understand that Florida Keys Watersports Co. will reserve the Boat/s as I requested from their fleet, further i understand that Florida Keys Watersports Co. fleet will be adjusted / limited to fulfill my request Therefore, I am responsible for the lost of rental revenue if I am a NO SHOW.
Further I understand and agree by them reserving the Boat/s I requested I am receiving the service / goods I paid for online even if I don’t use the Boat/s for whatever reason.
